Scope of processing of personal data

Our processing of our user's personal data is limited to the data required to provide a functioning website and our content and services. The personal data of our users is only processed for the purposes agreed with them or if there is another legal basis (in the sense of the GDPR). Only such personal data are collected that are actually necessary for the implementation and processing of our tasks and services or that you have made available to us voluntarily.

The storage takes place for reasons of data security in order to guarantee the stability and operational security of our system.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookies about the use of the website is sent to the Google server in the USA. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to compile reports on website activity. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data.

If you fill out a contact form or send us an e-mail or other electronic message, your details will only be saved for processing the request, any further questions related to it, and only used within the scope of the request.

The legal basis for processing your request is Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

We will delete your email address after your request has been processed.

 

Newsletter

If you register for our newsletter, we will immediately send an e-mail containing a hyperlink to the e-mail address provided. By clicking on this link, you confirm your subscription to the newsletter (double opt-in procedure). If this confirmation of registration is not received within 5 days, we will delete the e-mail address from our temporary list and registration will not take place.

Confirm the newsletter registration, give your consent to the storage of your e-mail address including the date of entry, IP address and the list name of the desired newsletter. We use your e-mail address and the personal data collected at the same time only for the administration and sending of the newsletter you have requested, at the periodicity specified during registration.

Our newsletters do not contain any obvious or hidden counters, third-party advertising or links to external sites that are not directly related to the content of our newsletter.

Online shop

For orders in our online shop you have to register once and set a user name and a personal password. On future visits to our website, you can log in with your user name and password and do not have to re-enter your address and payment information every time you place an order. Your password is stored in encrypted form and cannot be viewed by us.

When registering, you must provide your name, address, e-mail address and details of the payment method you wish to use. In order for us to save this registration data (as your personal customer account), your express consent is required. At the appropriate point on the registration page, we will first inform you comprehensively about the purpose and scope of the data processing. You can then give your declaration of consent by activating a checkbox. Your declaration of consent will be logged by us.

You have the option of informally revoking your declaration of consent at any time. The revocation must be sent to the address in Chapter 1 of this data protection declaration.

The data of your orders are also saved in your customer account.

We use the personal data collected during registration and ordering exclusively for the proper processing of your order.

The data in your customer account, e.g. B. you can view and change your chosen payment method and delivery address at any time. If you update information, we will keep a copy of your original information to resolve any issues between you and us.

You can object to the use of the data for the purpose just mentioned at any time. In this case, a complete registration is required for each new order. The objection must be sent to the above address in this data protection declaration.

All data that we do not have due to legal regulations, e.g. B. have to keep in accounting, we delete as soon as the order is completed.

You have the option of deleting your customer account at any time as soon as no more orders are open.

Social Plugins

All integrated social plugins work via the 2-click process; this means that the recording of your surfing behavior by a plug-in only starts when you activate the corresponding plug-in by clicking on it in the first place. If you are also logged in to your account on a social media platform when you visit our website, for example, the visit to the site can be assigned to your user account after activating the plugin (first click).
